Pankaj Verma – Co-Founder & Director

Pankaj, a Canadian national, is a senior leader in sustainable agriculture and environmental technologies, with nearly three decades of experience in developing and scaling green solutions across agriculture and water management. He has an academic background in Agriculture and an MBA, enabling him to work effectively across science, operations, and business strategy. His career has focused on translating proven research into market-ready biological soil and water solutions that deliver consistent performance, cost efficiency, and measurable sustainability outcomes. His leadership approach emphasises resilient systems that balance environmental stewardship with long-term commercial value.
Mahesh Babu – Co-Founder & Director
Mahesh Babu is an engineer and technology entrepreneur with over four decades of experience spanning power electronics, environmental engineering, biotechnology, and technology transfer. An Australian national with postgraduate qualifications in Power Electronics, he was among the early pioneers introducing advanced laser and multimedia technologies to India in the 1990s. He has since led multiple international deployments in water bio-remediation, soil detoxification, aquaculture biotechnology, and organic agriculture across Australia, India, Europe, and the United States. He brings deep technical rigour and strong field-level implementation experience, with a focus on scalable, practical solutions.
